We welcome you to Bright Angel Wines!

Be Inspired. What started out as an anniversary trip to Napa in 2011 evolved quickly into a family and a friend setting out on a journey to make exceptional wines from iconic vineyards in California. We began in a basement, went to school, hiked a canyon, met some friends, developed a vision, and introduced our first wine in 2015.

Starting Small.  The first two wines introduced in 2015 were 25 cases of 2013 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay and 25 cases of 2013 Napa Valley Cabernet.  The wines were exceptional and sold out quickly to family and friends.  In 2016, we produced more Chardonnay and Cabernet and added Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc.  We sold out again.

Dream Big. In 2017, we started a wine club offering quarterly allocations of our award-winning wines.  We offered wine tastings at homes, hosted wine dinners in restaurants and country clubs and participated in wine events throughout Chicagoland.  You can now find Bright Angel Wines in restaurants, high-end wine shops, and private clubs in the Chicagoland area.

Celebrate Success.  The inspiration for the name of our winery came from a celebration with family.  The success of our brand is a result of a lot of work from two friends.  We invite you to read our story, learn about our vineyards, and eventually see, swirl, sniff, sip and savor our wines.
